Define specifications of new products
Characterize new products versus predefined specifications
Project management capabilities: plan project activities and timeline, working with customers and suppliers, on spec and on time deliveries
Lead or support product life cycle from feasibility study to transfer to production

MSc/PhD in physics, chemical physics, or semiconductor device physics
Ability of conducting and leading independent research and development
Good communication skills and ability to work with internal and external partners
Good muti-tasking capabilities
Experience in project management advantage
Knowledge of measurement methods and data analysis. Matlab / Phyton advantage.
Fluency in English
