We are currently seeking a Purchasing Manager to oversee our procurement processes and
inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
? Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure the timely and cost-effective
acquisition of raw materials.
? Source, evaluate and qualify new suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain
relationships to optimize procurement outcomes.
? Assess and enhance existing supplier partnerships, strategizing methods for cost
reduction and efficiency improvement.
? Proactively source and negotiate the procurement of new botanical molecules and raw
materials, diligently pursuing the most competitive pricing while maintaining quality
standards and adhering to budgetary constraints.
? Devise and execute comprehensive material planning strategies to ensure seamless
procurement processes, minimize lead times, and optimize inventory levels, in alignment
with organ

Requirements:
Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Supply chain management, or a
related field.
? 5-7 years of experience in purchasing management, preferably in the food, cosmetics, or
pharmaceutical industries.
? Proven experience in the purchase of raw materials, particularly molecules and
fragrances, is highly desirable.
? Strong analytical skills and proficiency in inventory management systems (Priority ERP ).
? Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
? Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
? Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
? Fluent in English.
