Requirements:

10+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a strong backend background.
3+ years of experience as a Tech Lead, preferably in dynamic, fast-paced companies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
People-person with strong leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and agile environment.
Excellent knowledge of software design and scalable web architecture.
Experience developing SaaS products hosted in a cloud platform like AWS or equivalent.
Independent, resourceful, and proactive team player with a desire to impact our team, our product, and our customers.
Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
The following are a big plus.
Experience developing payments or other FinTech products.
Experience with Kotlin / Scala / Java.
Experience with micro-service ecosystems.
Experience with event driven architecture.
A track record of successful project delivery.
Experience mentoring and developing software engineers.
