Leading all engineering activities in operations, both in relation to development activities in the organization and with suppliers/subcontractors
Supporting products and projects from the early stages of development to mass production
Establishing product trees and production portfolios
Areas of responsibility:
Synchronizing and monitoring project progress, POC Point of Contact (POC) in operations with the program manager and Project Manager in development.
Working with subcontractors for production and solving problems on production lines.
Operating procurement to receive price quotes, smooth transition from development to production, product engineering and assemblies.
Defining and drawing cables for the company's products.
Executing and managing engineering change orders.
Writing production portfolios for assembly in English.

Requirements:
Mechanical engineer or practical engineer
Experience in similar companies of more than 3 years
Good interpersonal communication
Ability to lead cross-organizational activities
Has an extensive and in-depth technical background in the field of electronics and printed circuits
Has an extensive and in-depth technical background in the field of mechanics and packaging
Extensive knowledge of Solidworks EPDM applications
Knowledge and experience in Priority
Extensive knowledge of OFFICE applications with an emphasis on EXL and PPT
High level English
