This dynamic role is perfect for someone with strong leadership, organizational, and creative skills.

What You'll Do:
- Manage personal services, social and cultural activities, and volunteer programs
- Nurture operational partnerships
- Build and lead volunteer teams
- Organize nationwide events
- Create promotional materials
- Oversee CRM systems, events calendar, and maintain operational efficiency

Full-time position, hybrid, office in Herzliya.

Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with basic Hebrew
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing teams and projects/ events in Israel from A to Z
- Proactive, highly organized, multitasking, detail-oriented, with the ability to see the big picture
- Driver's license and a car
