* The role involves travel to the Beit Shean site to support the NPI processes.

* Electronics Practical Engineer Mandatory.
* B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering - an advantage.
* 3 years of experience working with complex systems involving hardware, software, and firmware - mandatory.
* Experience in radar systems - an advantage.
* Experience in RF testing equipment (spectrum analysers, network analysers, signal generators) - an advantage.
* Experience in NPI (New Product Introduction) - an advantage.
* Experience in defence companies - an advantage.
* Systematic understanding, troubleshooting skills.
* Multitasking ability and creativity.
* Ability to work in a team and interface with matrix organizations, good interpersonal relations, teamwork capability.
* Ability to lead projects independently.
* High-level English proficiency.
