We are looking for an experienced Automation Site Manager to oversee all aspects of maintenance operations.
In this position, you will:
Maintain quality of service with the customers.
Manage maintenance staff (Professional and personal).
Planning and scheduling repairs.
Implement site quality procedures.
Procuring parts and equipment.
Monitoring costs and budgets.
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements:
5+ years experience as maintenance manager.
Proven ability to manage maintenance operations and staff.
Knowledge of maintenance best practices, repair procedures, and safety standards.
Bachelors degree in a relevant field or electrical practical engineer certificate.
Electrical certified license.
Excellent command of English spoken and written.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Experience with CMMS software.
Budgeting and analytical skills.
