Our Grow division is looking for an experienced staff mobile engineer to shape LevelPlay's SDK and bring the product and the teams to unlock its potential.
In the ever-changing Ad-tech industry you will impact a talented team of developers and a product that is integrated into billions of devices.
As part of this role you will join the LevelPlay SDK, a monetization solution that lets app developers manage and optimize multiple ad networks a single SDK.
What you'll be doing:
Product and engineering leader: Set direction, inform strategy and identify critical, ambiguous or complex problems
Drive an agenda that would improve the velocity of the SDK group and the developer experience
Apply technology that has impact across entire products
Coach, guide and mentor through example, mobile software engineers and quality engineers to grow in their line of work
Effective analytical approaches and zeroing in on the most important priorities; Turning ambiguous problems into clear answers.

Requirements:
4+ years of experience as a staff engineer in a similar environment; 6+ years of experience in mobile development in any of the following languages: Java/Kotlin/Objective-C/Swift
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Extensive knowledge of engineering processes, structural design, and system optimization
Quick learner, comfortable with taking on new technologies and challenges
Team player with a positive attitude and a pioneering state of mind.
4+ years of experience as a staff engineer in a similar environment; 6+ years of experience in mobile development in any of the following languages: Java/Kotlin/Objective-C/Swift
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Extensive knowledge of engineering processes, structural design, and system optimization
Quick learner, comfortable with taking on new technologies and challenges
