Key Responsibilities:
Lead Mentor: Manage and grow a high-performing BI team, fostering collaboration and technical excellence.
Technical Leadership: Oversee Power BI ecosystem, ensuring best practices in dashboard design and reporting.
BI Strategy Roadmap: Define and implement BI strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring impactful reporting tools.
Collaboration: Work with HR, Finance, Engineering, and other units to develop BI solutions that support data -driven decision-making.

Proven expertise with Power BI (Power Query, DAX, Power BI Service), and related BI technologies.
Strong experience in end-to-end BI project delivery: from requirements gathering and data modeling to report design and visualization.
Technical Skills:
Strong SQL, ETL, and data Warehousing experience.
Experience with cloud-based BI tools (Azure, AWS) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving capabilities with an analytical approach to designing scalable BI solutions.
Leadership Communication:
Proven ability to manage, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical
