We are looking for a Procurement & Logistics Manager to join our team and be part of the Operations group. As our procurement & logistics manager, you will be responsible for managing all the procurement activities, to meet the companys emerging business.
Responsibilities:
Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies; establish and implement purchasing policies, procedures and best practices.
Managing our production suppliers and interactions with relevant internal and external teams.
Vendor management; monitor supplier and vendor compliance with contractual agreements.
Leading cost saving activities while achieving ongoing savings by negotiation, sourcing, bidding, value engineering/analysis, supplier process analysis.
Developing cost-effective procurement strategies.
Sourcing, benchmarking and engaging reliable vendors.
Negotiating with vendors to secure advantageous terms.
Perform risk assessments and ensure on-going feasibility of existing contracts.
Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
Lead a team of procurement professionals.
Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or economics.
5+ years of experience managing supply chain operations in the Tech industry
Experience in managing Turn-key suppliers overseas - a major advantage
Talent in negotiations and networking with proven ability to manage parallel work streams and prioritize.
English: full proficiency.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience working with NetSuite is an advantage.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Very good communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to travel abroad per need.
Bachelors degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or economics.
5+ years of experience managing supply chain operations in the Tech industry
