Supply Chain Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and solution-driven Supply Chain Coordinator to join our supply chain team and ensure smooth coordination with vendors and internal departments. Location: Jerusalem, Full Time Responsibilities: - Analyze purchase orders and plan accurate delivery timelines - Maintain close communication with vendors to confirm delivery dates, specs, and quantities - Address delays, shortages, invoice or transportation issues proactively - Collaborate with procurement, logistics, finance, operations, and warehouse teams - 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain Coordinating or a similar role - Experience with ERP systems – NetSuite preferred - Fluent in English (spoken and written) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to prioritize and work under pressure - Background in supply chain, logistics, or business administration – an advantage
