We are looking for a highly skilled Backend engineer to join the integrations team. The team is responsible to UNIE system (unified integration ecosystem) that support all the products in to communicate with thrift party applications, manage the authentication and different API use cases.

Responsibilities:

Define high-level and low-level product architecture with attention to system integration, scaling and feasibility
Designing, planning, and executing the roadmap for the team while focusing on scale, quality, and performance.
Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers.
Work closely with other engineering teams and product managers to understand the business requirements.
Communicating and completing tasks with stakeholders that are outside the direct team.
Find the right balance between perfection and getting the job done.

Requirements:
A minimum of 8 years hands-on experience in the software development field (backend)
Ability to come up with quick solutions and put them into code
Backend knowledge and experience with Node.js.
Experience with event-driven architecture.
Knowledge of modern DBs (at least one, Mongo, BQ, etc)
Strong interpersonal skills:
Understanding of business-related matters
