Passportcard is seeking a talented System Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing and designing IT systems to meet business needs. Responsibilities:
* Requirements Gathering: Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and documenting system requirements.
* System Design: Creating detailed specifications and designing systems that meet the identified requirements.
* Implementation Support: Assisting in the implementation of new systems and provide solutions to the end users.
* Support the R&D teams and develop system Documentation.
* Communication between the business and R&D teams to ensure clear communication.

Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst or similar role.
* Proven experience in writing detailed business and technical specifications.
* Proficiency in system design and analysis tools.
* Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
* Excellent communication skills and strong teamwork with abilities to communicate in a matrix organizational structure.
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Experience with insurance system and digital process-based systems - advantage.
* Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking.
