VP Operations

The VP of Operations will be responsible for overseeing the entire parking eco-system & partners, ensuring smooth operations and strong collaboration between Pangos app, parking lot managers, Real-estate owners, municipalities and external partners suppliers. This role is integral in driving operational excellence, enhancing efficiency, and fostering strong business relationships. The ideal candidate will bring significant experience in B2B environments, with a strong understanding of managing partnerships, optimizing service delivery, and leveraging technical solutions to drive growth. As a key member of the leadership team, the VP of Operations will contribute to the companys strategic vision while ensuring real-time problem-solving and delivering exceptional operational results.

Responsibilities:
Operations and Partnership Management: Oversee daily interactions between Pango and its business partners and stakeholders, fostering collaborative relationships with business partners and external vendors to ensure alignment with business objectives and mutual success in enhancing service offerings.
Business Development and Growth: Actively seek out opportunities to expand the companys services and partner network. Drive initiatives that enhance market reach and boost revenue through joint ventures and partnerships.
Technical and System Oversight: Provide leadership in managing the technical aspects of the parking system, ensuring seamless performance and updates within the app. Collaborate with the IT and product teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure system scalability.
Financial Management: Oversee budgets, monitor operational costs, and allocate resources efficiently to optimize profitability. Manage P&L and cost centers to ensure financial health and accountability. Collaborate closely with the finance team to keep all projects and initiatives within budget, aligning them to maximize value for the company.
Real-time Problem Solving: Respond to operational challenges quickly, providing effective, real-time solutions to minimize service disruptions and enhance customer experience.
Leadership and Team Development: Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing operations team. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration across the department.
