About the Role:
We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Import/Export Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Tel Aviv.
This role involves managing the end-to-end import and export process, focusing on sea and air freight for international retail stores and networks.
Responsibilities:
Handle all import/export shipments for B2B and B2C, retail stores and chains abroad, including sea and air freight.
Open and track purchase orders with suppliers and customers, managing all related documentation.
Verify invoices, quantities, and pricing for accuracy.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other relevant parties.
Maintain accurate inventory records for hundreds of SKUs.
Ensure compliance with international product standards and regulations. Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
