Acting as the focal point for lab equipment calibration processes, ensuring compliance with calibration schedules and procedures.
Leading the TEST Method Validation (TMV) process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to
?PhD, M.Sc., B.Sc. in Chemistry, Chemical/Biochemistry Engineering or equivalent.
?Experience in a Medical Device/Pharmaceutical/Chemical industry company.
?Strong hands-on experience with various analytical lab instruments, with a proven track record of accurate and reliable results.
?Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, with a strong focus on achieving results.
?Excellent communication skills, with a service-oriented approach and the ability to provide clear guidance and support to lab associates.
?Strong problem-solving capabilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to handle unknown situations and adapt to changes.
?Ability to balance a big-picture perspective while also paying close attention to crucial details.
?Excellent interpersonal relationship
