Responsibility for recording and posting in the company accounting records
Responsibility for weekly bank reconciliations
Month-end close: prepare the trial balance and other material for the monthly closing of the company
Recording of the company's credit cards
Report and manage monthly payments to various authorities including, Income Tax, Bituach Leumi, Pensions, VAT, etc.
Annual reconciliations of 856
AR process - issue invoices and receipts to customers and collection responsibility
AP cycle management: record invoices, prepare payments, and reconciliations
Prepare the Israeli monthly Journal for payroll.
Inter-company reconciliations

Requirements:
Certified Bookkeeper Grade 3 and above -at least 3 years of experience in services/high-tech company- must
Experience with ERP systems must
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel must
Prior experience with the Netsuite system an advantage
Good English (oral and written)
Ability to maintain a high level of confidence and demonstrate a high level of maturity
Service-oriented with great interpersonal skills and a Team Player
Committing to and meeting financial deadlines
