As a Senior Salesforce Implementer, youll bring strong experience in Salesforce Flow and a foundation in technical knowledge to build and optimize solutions across the Salesforce platform. In this role, you will implement streamlined workflows, ensure data accuracy, and maintain Salesforce configurations to support global operations. Candidates should have some development knowledge or experience (e.g., JavaScript, Python) and a desire to learn or be familiar with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). This is a senior position with opportunities for hands-on implementation and collaboration across teams.
Responsibilities:
Implement custom solutions and configure workflows using Salesforce Flows and standard tools.
Support and maintain Salesforce integrations with external systems using APIs.
Ensure data integrity across systems, troubleshoot issues, and make configuration enhancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Mentor team members, share best practices, and promote logical and efficient approaches to problem-solving.

3+ years of Salesforce experience, with proven ability to build and manage custom workflows, flows, and integrations.
Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and LWC is a plus.
Development knowledge or experience with scripting languages (JavaScript, Python) is desirable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to learn and improve.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proactive and team-oriented with a drive to complete projects effectively.
Nice to Have:
Experience with Python or RPA tools like UI-Path and Microsoft Power Automate.
