Senior Product Manager

we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Loyalty team and help brands build long-term relationships with their customers through personalized loyalty programs. In this role, youll lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Loyalty solution, driving its growth and success. Youll collaborate with teams across Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales to build products and features that enhance customer satisfaction, boost revenue, and strengthen position in e-commerce marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
Own a strategic domain and drive the direction of flagship product, ensuring its aligned with the companys overall goals.
Develop and manage the product roadmap, from concept to launch, ensuring it meets business objectives and customer needs.
Command the prioritization of business needs, set milestones, and tackle opportunities and risks early on.
Use customer insights, market research, and data to inform product decisions, iterating through design and testing.
Partner closely with technical and business teams to ensure smooth product delivery and seamless integration across the platform.
