we develops and manufactures RF to optics conversion modules and subsystem for communication for the military and commercial market.
we are looking for a sales manager that has proven experience with this industry and customers to extend our business and drive the growth of our sales.
responsibilities:
manage our customer.
gather and define initial technical requirements and information.
promote our solution with the current customers.
opening new market in the military and commercial markets.
defined new opportunities / new markets.
working in collaboration with various teams in order to tailor design the solution per the customer request.
the position located in holon.

Requirements:
b.sc., optics/electrical engineering, or related technical discipline advantage.
good experience in customer commercial discussions.
at least 10 years of experience in sales.
technical background in optical communication and electronics.
strong system view.
must be able to work independently with both customers and company stakeholders to explore problems and new ideas.
team player and good interpersonal skills.
hands-on laboratory experience advantage.
