Hands On Backend Team Lead (Network Group)

we are looking for an experienced Backend Team Lead that lives and breathes technology. We are looking for someone who is an exceptional manager, engineer and mentor to help build a strong and robust infrastructure, integrated with the Armis platform, to acquire network insights. You will manage, design, develop and maintain out-of-the-box modules, algorithms and extensions while working with highly talented engineers.

You will lead an amazing group of individuals who are responsible for Armis network data sources while executing at a fast pace. You will be an integral part of the design and development process as well as playing a major role in making critical business decisions.

The role requires excellent managerial and communication skills, along with deep technical knowledge.

What you'll do

Lead a team of excellent backend engineers. Mentor and help them evolve and grow while achieving the companys goals
Be a key decision maker for technical, architectural, product and procedural issues and more
Work hands-on in designing, developing, testing and maintaining a high performance and distributed infrastructure
Integrate with the Armis platform and be a key player in its design and development
Collaborate with Product Managers and other Team Leaders to plan, nurture and implement an efficient and effective development process
Help solve complex customer issues using our solutions and platform
Identify issues and implement solutions to complex problems in large scale backend infrastructure
Provide technical leadership in the form of mentoring and knowledge sharing with team members
