Israel Financial Controller

Lead the monthly local financial close process, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, including review completion of monthly account reconciliations and journal entries, flux analyses, and other corporate requirements as well as work closely with corporate to ensure timeliness and accuracy for the global close.
Oversee day-to-day financial operations in Israel, working closely with the local staff on payroll and AP processes.
Manage local cash operations, including cash management, subsidiary funding, and cash reporting.
Serve as the primary Israel contact for the global financial statement audit and other compliance-related financial reporting.
Monitor intercompany transactions to ensure compliance with internal policies.
Take ownership of statutory tax returns for Israel and other subsidiaries as necessary, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Provide support for transfer pricing processes.
Oversee the administration of the companys stock option plan.
Assist with the renewal and management of insurance policies.
Lead efforts to improve, develop, and document accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Streamline and automate processes to meet and exceed close and audit deadlines
Coach and mentor direct reports
Contribute to ad hoc accounting projects as needed, including the implementation of financial management systems.
