Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the companys facilities.
Managing and guiding teams of electricians and maintenance staff.
Leading collaboration with an external management company on a large-scale building relocation project.
Providing technical oversight for the companys facilities, including buildings, laboratories, and equipment.
Liaising with company leadership both locally and internationally

Requirements:
What are we looking for?
Technical expertise: Certification in electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, or construction.
Proven experience in a similar role within global organizations.
Fluent English: Exceptional written and spoken skills, including drafting professional documents.
Advanced Excel skills: Proficiency in data analysis and report creation.
