Assistant Controller (Maternity Leave Replacement)

We are looking for an enthusiastic, qualified Assistant Controller to contribute to keeping the group's accounting and financial processes up to standard and ensuring accurate financial reporting and control. Responsibilities: Participate in month-end close and prepare consolidated financial reports (balance sheet, P&L, cash flow) for management. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual results and reporting packages for PepsiCo. Act as an accounting and financial reporting expert, guiding HQ departments and subsidiaries to ensure excellence. Analyze and monitor the performance of the company and its subsidiaries. Maintain complianc e with US GAAP and company policies, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Ensure robust controls over financial reporting processes. Collaborate with external auditors on audits, accounting, and economic matters. Work closely with PepsiCo’s Control, Tax, and Treasury functions. Led accounting and reporting projects, assessing impacts of business initiatives on processes and systems.
