An amazing AI Healthcare startup is looking for a Senior NLP Director / Head of AI to lead the artificial intelligence initiatives and to drive innovation in electronic health records (EHR) solutions for emergency rooms.
You will manage a team of researchers, defining research methods and standards. You will research and solve NLP algorithms and statistical challenges, guiding a team of AI researchers, data scientists, and Machine Learning engineers.
Additionally, you will partner with clinical teams to validate AI models and measure their impact on patient outcomes.

The work is Hybrid from the office in Ramat Gan.

Requirements:
PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
7+ years of experience with Machine Learning algorithms, Natural Language Processing and *TEXT, and predictive modeling and engines like DNN, Decision Trees, BBNs, and LLMs.
Strong knowledge of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI practices.
5+ years as an algorithm manager/head of AI/Director or VP level.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with cloud-based/AI SaaS applications/ML platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
