Required Order Management Analyst
Reports to: ERP Team Lead
Location: Afek Industrial Park, Rosh Haayin
What will you do?
Collaborate with the ERP Team Leader to design and implement a flawless, customer-focused process from order placement to invoice generation.
Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding sales orders, returns, and exchanges, with a particular focus on managing high-value capital equipment orders for our regions. This includes working closely with senior sales management on complex, customized transactions.
Coordinate domestic and international freight and logistics for capital equipment to ensure timely delivery to customers.
Ensure accuracy in price quotes, sales pricing, and discounting for customers.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to help the department achieve top-tier status.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields
Over 5 years of experience in implementing and analyzing Oracle ERP systems.
At least 2 years experience in Oracle fusion
Experience writing business and technical design
Experience with Oracle Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
Experience with Oracle Inventory, Advanced Pricing, Shipping Execution, and integration with other Oracle applications.
Excellent English
Experience (as Business Analyst) with Oracle Cloud ERP solution an advantage
Knowledge and understanding of Oracle ERP data model an advantage
Knowledge and understanding of organizational processes, with an emphasis on finance processes
Team Player with great communication skills.
