What You Will Do:
Communicate with internal offices via email, phone, or in-person visits.
Draft and submit work permit applications through the Ministry of the Interiors systems (Misrad HaPnim).
Provide back-office support services.
Offer regular support and guidance to the teams clients.
Submit applications for business visas at foreign consulates in Israel.

Bachelors degree (law graduates are a plus) mandatory.
High-level proficiency in English mandatory.
Excellent writing and communication skills in both Hebrew and English mandatory.
Willingness to work overtime mandatory.
Proficient in Microsoft Office mandatory.
Willingness to travel frequently to branches of the Ministry of the Interior (Misrad HaPnim).
