: We are looking for an experienced manufacturing engineer to provide engineering support for the manufacturing of a complex multidisciplinary machine.
As part of the job, you will enforce quality assurance policies and solve production problems in real time. The manufacturing engineer will serve as the main contact between the production line and the engineering team at our headquarters, will lead improvements in the production processes, perform ATP tests and ensure the quality of production.
What would you do?
Serve as the main representative at the external manufacturers site, ensuring compliance with quality, engineering, and production standards.
Resolve technical and operational issues during production,
Collaborate closely with the headquarters engineering team to ensure technical specifications are well-understood and properly executed by the production team.
Ensure ATP checks are performed to verify the quality and functionality of each machine produced.
Identify and address any defects or inefficiencies in production, working collaboratively with the external manufacturer for rapid and effective resolution.
Act as the quality control point of contact, ensuring all production meets company standards.
Lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance production processes, cost-effectiveness, and product quality.
Monitor daily production activities and provide feedback to the external manufacturers teams and the headquarters engineering team.
Facilitate communication between the external manufacturer and internal teams, ensuring accurate and timely information sharing.

What should you have?
Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
35 years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer, preferably in industrial machinery or printing systems.
Practical experience in production processes, quality control, and production transfers.
A solid understanding of metal and plastic parts manufacturing technologies, as well as the ability to read and understand manufacturing and assembly drawings.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to detect and resolve production and operational issues onsite.
Familiarity with integration processes and ATP (Acceptance Test Procedures) as well as additional quality assurance processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to act as a liaison between the external contractor and internal teams.
Attention to detail and the ability to ensure compliance with strict quality and process standards.
Ability to work independently at the external manufacturer's site and coordinate efforts with remote teams.
