Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM for sales processes and implement best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop effective CRM solutions.
- Train and support users to maximize CRM functionality.
- Monitor system performance and provide actionable insights from data.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards for sales performance and pipeline visibility.
- Troubleshoot and resolve CRM -related issues quickly.
- Align CRM practices with marketing for lead generation and customer engagement.
- Support system upgrades and migrations, ensuring data integrity.

- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with MS Dynamics Sales.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights.
- Expertise in creating reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators.
- Familiarity with additional CRM tools and platforms is a plus.
