We are looking for a 5G System Integration Team Leader to drive the integration of cutting-edge 5G technologies within our organization.
What you'll do:
Conducting research for cellular feature (e.g. rate adaptation, power control, scheduler, interference mitigation) implementation and define the strategy for implementation.
Leading and being a part of the team that is the knowledge source for cellular standards (2G/3G/4G/5G) and product behavior.
Having a direct impact on product definition and roadmap.
Provide well-written system requirements for development teams & Integration teams.
Lead feature from early research level, during implementation and integration toward release to customers.
Handle and debug cellular systems issues coming from internal lab testing as well as from customers.

What you should have:
3+ years of managerial experience
Knowledge in wireless communication theory. Familiarity with the cellular standards, LTE/5G-NR.
Knowledge in networking
Knowledge of coding and scripting languages, such as: C,C++ , Python, Bash
Experienced with Agile methodology
Excellent communication skills
Education:
B.Sc BA in Computer Science/Electrical or Telecommunication Engineering
M.Sc in equal fields - Advantage.
