Assistant Controller

Assistant Controller at a global publicly traded industrial company.
Including:
- Preparation of quarterly financial reports by US GAAP & managerial reports.
- US/Il compliance reporting including income tax and consumption/sales tax tax filings
- Support US/Il local regulations and activities including local insurance, local initiatives
- Lead projects and activities including as part of establishment of new activity
- Address local compliance and reporting requirements, lead activities with the US team and consultants
- Control over inventory management and valuation, includes stocktaking.
- Perform and review internal controls and SOX controls.
- Working environment includes mainly SAP ERP system and MS Office.
- Job includes ongoing communications with the companys sites in the USA.

Tasks include ongoing work and communication including through meetings, phone calls and emails with employees and service providers in the US sites during the US (mainly California) working hours
