Senior Product Manager, Transaction Risk

We are seeking a senior product manager on our team who would lead the transformation of how customers experience money products in the context of underlying fraud and risk management, supporting our critical area of focus (Revolutionize speed to benefit, infuse AI into our fraud and risk lifecycle end-to-end, empower risk operation team to make high quality decisions when human invention is needed). Responsibilities
End-to-end ownership of initiatives to empower risk policy teams to remediate risk exposure by enabling data pipeline, ML models, and cross-functional alignments.
Develop deep customer empathy and detailed understanding of the money products where risks may occur and how it can be mitigated.
Transform risk platforms with scalable capabilities to serve a global audience, stitching data across numerous data sources to manage fraud risk, financial risk and regulatory compliance
Leverage customer insights to formulate hypotheses and initiatives to deliver that vision; create, measure and own success metrics
Build strong relationships with product, engineering, risk policy and operations teams to influence and align on platform roadmaps.
Establish product delivery timelines in close collaboration with development teams; communicate frequently and clearly upwards and outwards across the business
Ruthlessly prioritize initiatives and drive work with strong focus on process and tactical execution; ensure a high business impact ROI on resource investment
Knows when and how to be scrappy and entrepreneurial, hypothesis driven and analytical; exercises strong judgment when balancing risks and while making trade-off decisions.
