We are looking for a hands-on Affiliate Marketing Manager, to develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies and management.
As an Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will help grow our affiliates community and maintain relationships with our new and current affiliates.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies
Identify and build relationships with prominent affiliates and thought leaders
Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audiences, and users
Brainstorm new, creative approaches to affiliates campaigns
Keep up with emerging trends, technologies, and affiliates
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics, generating reports and insights to inform strategic decisions and improve ROI.
Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to align affiliate strategies with overall company goals.

Requirements:
In-depth knowledge of the social media marketing industry
Working with the US market - Must
A minimum of 2 years of previous work with affiliates is a must
Impeccable verbal and written communication skills (High proficiency in English is a must)
Well-organized with great time management skills
Outstanding project management skills
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Willingness to learn and adopt on a daily basis
Knowledge and experience with nutrition/metabolism/health - Advantage (a desire to know more about these topics is a must).
