What is the Role?
As a Product Manager, you will lead the product work and execution on our suite of survey products and be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from concept to production. You will establish a shared vision for your product across the company at large, while collaborating closely with cross-functional team members from (e.g. design, R&D, product marketing) and receive input from customers, leadership and various departments like customer success, sales and professional services, in order to lead the product from concept to launch. You will own the roadmap-building process for these products, as well as lead product initiatives that will have a great impact on the future direction of the company.
Responsibilities:
Fully own the product management lifecycle for our survey product in line to the companys strategic vision: the roadmap, KPIs, research, user experience, and finally collaborate with R&D on execution and monitor adoption.
Perform research and discovery to understand and prioritize our customers' pain points, and analyze user feedback, product analytics, and market research and competition, to turn user needs into detailed product requirements and user workflows
Build the business case for new product development, involve various stakeholders to get buy-in and communicate the vision to the wider teams.
Product Requirements; translate the new product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
Launch new features (and sometimes products) in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams, helping develop the go-to-market plans.
Work with our data science and survey research scientists (statisticians) in order to automate the distillation of key insights from our surveys into our customers decision making processes
Work with a variety of stakeholders across engineering, customer success, sales, professional services, marketing and operations.
