Required Lead Product Designer
What is the role?
As the Lead Product Designer, you will assume complete ownership of the platform user experience and look & feel. Your primary responsibility will be to translate intricate problems into streamlined, user-friendly experiences for our clients. You will have the opportunity to elevate our product design while also overseeing and providing mentoring and guidance to designers on the team in Israel and Canada. Collaboration with Product Managers and Software Developers will be essential as you work together to define, design, and deliver exceptional products.
Responsibilities:
Perform both hands-on product design as well as lead UX matters end-to-end.
Be an expert in local government structure, persona, jobs to be done, pains and needs.
Manage all aspects of the design process, from user and vertical research and ideation, to creative conceptualisation and design.
Collaborate with product managers to research and develop cohesive design plans, concepts and prototypes to ensure high quality products that are valuable and meaningful to our clients.
Maintain the ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and deliver on expectations within tight deadlines.
Design user workflows and experiences that are simple and intuitive.
Lead the Design team to success and achieve business goals
Mentor and training to enrich designer knowledge and proficiency
Lead the growth and maturity of our Design System.

You have at least 4 years of experience designing high-quality customer-facing digital products, with demonstrated sole ownership on a product design end-to-end.
Youve made product and design decisions that are driven by a deep concern for the customer that have moved the needle.
You have experience leading multiple projects while sharing work with other product designers and collaborating with cross-functional leadership (PMs and Dev Leads)
You can demonstrate understanding of design principles and heuristics, applying them effectively in the creation of exceptional user experiences.
You have experience leading or mentoring other designers
You are a master of Figma and other prototyping tools
You have a portfolio of successful work demonstrating your design thinking abilities and how your decisions impacted their success - a must
You have conducted user research and are capable capturing insights from user interviews, interaction, and observation
You are fluent in English and have excellent communication skills
Strong Advantage if you have:
A Bachelor of Visual Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent
Experience in managing design teams
Experience in working as part of larger design teams (5+ designers)
Experience in creating or maintaining a design system
Experience in designing products with AI-powered components.
