We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Product Operations Student to assist in the day-to-day operations of our product team. This is an excellent opportunity for a student who is interested in learning more about product management, process optimization, and how technology-driven companies build and scale products. The role will involve working closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to streamline processes and support the successful delivery of product initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Process Optimization: Assist in improving processes that enhance the efficiency of product development and launch.
Data Analysis: Help collect, organize, and analyze data related to product performance, usage metrics, and customer feedback.
Tool Management: Support the management and optimization of our BI platform and other internal tools used for product planning, road mapping, and operations.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with product managers, developers, and other departments to ensure smooth communication and alignment on product initiatives.
Reporting: Assist in preparing product-related reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate product performance and operational insights.

Self-starter with the ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Enthusiasm for product development and an eagerness to learn.
Attention to detail and a passion for process optimization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Operations, Product Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
