We are looking for someone who is passionate about building user-facing products from research through prototyping to design and usability testing. Someone who is eager to design products that reshape a very traditional industry and completely change the way property management work. You will be focusing on user experience and using A/B tests and live results to always optimize our design. You'll partner with engineers, designers, sales and customer success teams to envision, build and scale one of the fastest-growing prop-tech companies.

Requirements:
3 - 5 years of relevant product design experience
Experience in conducting extensive product research based on support tickets, data, competitor analysis, and more.
You are able to take charge of functional design and create wireframes, from rough sketches to rich animated prototypes with pixel-perfect UI for all states and scenarios.
You have the ability and drive to conduct a full design cycle from collecting inspiration through creating a pixel-perfect UI for all states and scenarios, and deliver all to development to create product flows.
3 - 5 years of relevant product design experience
