we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global IT Manager to lead our IT team to new heights. As a critical member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving our technology strategy, ensuring operational excellence, and safeguarding our critical infrastructure.
Responsibilities
* Manage a global IT support team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
* Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with the company's business objectives and build an IT annual work plan accordingly.
* Oversee the IT budget and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and maximize ROI.
* Drive automation initiatives to streamline processes, reduce errors, and improve efficiency.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver IT solutions that support business growth.
* Manage relationships with IT vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring optimal service delivery.
* Serve as the escalation point for complex IT issues. Utilize hands-on technical expertise to diagnose and resolve critical problems.
* Effectively communicate with internal and external users, including technical and non-technical audiences.

* Experience in Cyber trends
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
* Knowledge in IT concepts: networking, systems administration, virtualization, and cloud technologies.
* Proven experience in managing IT operations in a hybrid cloud environment.
* Experience with ITIL frameworks and methodologies.
* Understanding of IT security best practices and compliance standards.
* Hands-on experience in OS systems, mainly with Microsoft and macOS.
* Proven experience in Production environments.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
* Experience in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash) - Advantage.
* Experience with automation tools
