About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced, native English-speaking Digital Marketing Manager to oversee the digital presence of our leading brand. In this role, you will manage the company website, social media, influencer partnerships, and digital ad campaigns

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the e-commerce website for a seamless American user experience
- Develop and execute social media strategies across key platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to build brand awareness and engagement
- Identify and collaborate with relevant American influencers and content creators to promote our products
- Manage performance-driven digital advertising campaigns on based platforms like Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and Amazon
- Analyze website analytics, social media metrics, and advertising data to inform optimization and future strategies
- Work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all digital and offline channels in the American market

Requirements:
- 2-5 years of digital marketing experience, with a strong background in e-commerce and social media management focused on the US market
- Native-level English proficiency and deep understanding of American consumer behavior and preferences
- Proven track record of delivering measurable results through digital campaigns and strategies in the US
- Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Proficiency in web content management, Google Analytics, social media platforms, and digital advertising tools used in the US
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Knowledge of best practices for working with American influencers and digital agencies
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field
