Realty Assistant

Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum of three years of experience in real estate management, contract negotiation, or vendor management is required.

Education Requirements:
BA degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or Property Management

Or

Experience:
Minimum of five years of experience in real estate management, contract negotiation, or vendor management is required.

Education Requirements:
Two years of College or University study in any field is required.

Languages:
Fluent (speaking/reading/writing) in English and Good Working Knowledge (speaking /reading/ writing) in Arabic and Hebrew are required.

Skills and Abilities:
Must have good Microsoft Office skills.
Must have class B Israeli driving license for a minimum of two years.
Must obtain the brokers license and the membership of the Real Estate Chamber within 4-6 months of employment, at the employees own expense.
