QA Team Lead - JFrog Security

JFrog Security is one of the main pillars of the JFrog offering and long-term strategy. We are pushing the boundaries of security analysis of both binaries and code, shifting left and bringing new and exciting features to both developers and DevOps. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced QA Team Lead to take our quality to the next level. In this role, you will lead and design our main quality processes, provide technical quality-focused leadership to developer teams, and improve our product.

As a QA Team Lead at JFrog you will...
Work closely with developers and QA engineers to understand the main issues and bottlenecks across multiple platforms and cloud providers, including on-prem installations
Research the effect of every change on the system and its behavior, from the development stage to release and production
Serve as the focal point for quality for JFS and all its products
Manage the complete QA lifecycle for new features and modifications, including research, test plan development, reviews, and approvals
Closely interact with developers, automation, and support engineers about customer production issues
Support an ongoing product release train and work on multiple global projects under tight deadlines
To be a QA Team lead at JFrog you need...
6+ years experience in QA
3+ years of leading QA teams
Broad experience with complex systems analysis and research
Experience in performance testing of SaaS and On-Prem applications – advantage
Practical knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure), Kubernetes, Docker
Understanding of industry best practices and proven ability to define automation practices & guidelines, design the integration and end-to-end test procedures
Experience in writing scripts and assistance tools for data analysis – advantage
Ability to take ownership using strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
