We are looking to recruit a talented Controller, to join our global finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
Significant hands-on responsibilities across all financial aspects of the group's activity
Group's foreign subsidiaries quarterly / annual financial reporting packages.
On-going intercompany transactions monitoring.
Periodic foreign subsidiaries compliance and reporting.
On-going local and foreign taxation including tax reports preparation.
Planning and participating in the annual financial budget process.
Managerial analysis reports preparation.
Location: Kadima

CPA - a Must
At least 3 years' experience in Big4 - a Must
Proven experience as a Controller in a global industrial company
Proven experience handling complex international tax transactions and transfer pricing
Solid knowledge of IFRS
Due diligence, merger/acquisition business integration experience
English full proficiency
