You will be vital in formulating and executing legal frameworks, policies, and procedures that enhance the company's operational effectiveness and overall success.
The position reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer.
At least 8 years of legal experience in the technology or commercial sectors, ideally combining law firm and corporate in-house backgrounds.
Knowledge of technology-related law, intellectual property, data protection, and compliance regulations. A firm grasp of the tech industry and its evolving landscape.
Skilled in crafting commercial contracts with the capacity to independently negotiate and conclude deals, applying a solutions-oriented approach to legal challenges.
Proven track record in leading legal strategy and managing significant projects effectively, with a practical approach.
Experience in dynamic, fast-paced tech environments, able to swiftly adjust to shifting priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Exceptionally motivated, with superior communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively across various departments, strategic foresight
