Lead and manage a team of recruitment specialists to achieve weekly and monthly recruitment targets.
Set goals, create targeted contact lists, and oversee daily team activities.
Conduct recruitment calls, provide feedback, and deliver training to improve team performance.
Hold weekly meetings with U.S. and Israel teams to review goals, analyze performance, and align on strategy.
Actively participate in recruitment efforts, including outreach to prospective applicants and support with high-priority leads.
Track team performance and report regularly, analyzing data to refine recruitment strategies and improve effectiveness.

Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in sales or recruitment, with a proven track record in reaching and exceeding targets.
Extensive personal experience in Israel; previous experience in a Taglit Birthright Israel position is strongly preferred.
Strong leadership and organizational skills, with experience managing and motivating a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools; experience with digital communication tools is a plus.
