Sales Engineer

Youll be a strategic member of our team working closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success. We are an industry leader in knowledge management, working with Fortune 500 enterprise-level customers. Responsibilities:
* Preparing and presenting demonstrations of our products to potential customers.
* Working closely with the assigned manager to provide professional support for specific sales opportunities.
* Analysis of customer needs including new and existing customers.
* Identify the main business challenges in each customer in the domain of customer experience.
* On-going maintenance of a local demo environment.
* Adjustments of professional documentation to the local market.
* Understand and convey the value of a product and focus on key strengths relevant to a customers challenges.
