We are looking for a talented IT Cloud Admin to support our global organization. Your role will be crucial in maintaining all IT issues. The ideal IT Cloud Admin will be hands-on with a can-do approach, strong interpersonal skills that thrive in a fast-paced environment, ambitious, and highly motivated to support company end-users and technologies.
What will you do?
Immediate response to solve issues
Support the company cloud services
Provide a daily R&D support
Take care of Full New Employee On-Boarding (hardware & Software)
Develop and enforce documentation, standards, and policies
Handle Laptop Hardware issues (including replacing laptops)
Be in charge of Hardware/Software Troubleshooting
Be in charge of Internet/Wifi Troubleshooting
Manage the company licenses
Provide statistics on user and data usage
Manage Integrations between different tools
Manage the Company hardware inventory (including purchasing hardware)
Flexible work schedule with availability for off-hours support
What will you do?

Requirements:
To excel in this role, candidates should demonstrate:
2 years of experience in a similar role within a fast-paced startup company
Proficiency in cloud administration and automation on AWS and Azure
Deep understanding and practical experience in IT infrastructure, encompassing Windows, macOS, Linux, networking, cloud technologies, and modern workplace solutions
Hands-on experience with Python, Bash and Git
Information security orientation, focusing on well-architected infrastructure
Understanding of basic networking concepts (switching, firewalls, subnetting, VPNs, LAN/WAN)
Strong multitasking abilities and interpersonal skills, fostering effective relationships with business leaders and suppliers
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to team dynamics
Nice to have skills:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
Hands-on scripting knowledge Python / PowerShell / Bash
Experience with CI/CD, containerization, and configuration management
