Program Manager

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager tol be a part of the Delivery group, tracking and managing R&D features and infrastructure while providing a clear and accurate picture of their progress and status.

Responsibilities

Collect and analyze data from the R&D teams to provide project and release status to management and stakeholders including insights, risks, and red flags.
OverViewing interactions and dependencies of R&D features and infrastructure developments.
Work closely with Product, R&D TL, QA, and Release manager to consolidate all features and improvements that are being developed each sprint and keep an up-to-date roadmap representation of current and future dev efforts.
Monitoring and verifying that Squads sprints are aligned with the sprint planning.
Responsible for infrastructure features and efforts status according to timelines.
Partner in generating features quarterly work plan for R&D.
Monitor the definition of done (DoD) for all developed features.
Resolve issues when they appear and raise red flags.
Creating R&D release timelines.
Configuration of dashboards.
