A Galaxy (GLXY:TSX) company, is seeking a seasoned VP product to lead our product team. This leader will drive the vision and strategy for our advanced product suite, empowering our clients with secure, reliable tools for navigating the digital asset economy. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in leading product teams within high-growth organizations and a solid understanding of product management for technology solutions in the financial sector. Responsibilities:
* Define and execute the product vision and strategy, aligning with our mission to set the highest standards in digital asset custody and operations technology.
* Lead a high-performing product team, fostering collaboration and excellence across all stages of product development.
* Collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to align Product Strategy with the company's overall strategy and ensure product-market fit, driving the launch of innovative features and product enhancements.
* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and refine product differentiation in digital asset security.
* Create and manage product roadmaps, ensuring feature prioritization aligns with customer needs, technical feasibility, and business objectives.
* Oversee the product backlog, working closely with engineering to ensure effective, timely execution of initiatives.
* Define and track key performance metrics, using data -driven insights to guide product decisions and improvements.
* Act as an expert on digital asset custody, providing support and insights to internal teams, partners, and customers.
* Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to optimize product positioning and refine pricing models.
* Represent the company at external business meetings, events, and initiatives.

* Proven ability to define and execute a strategic product vision, represent the company effectively to clients, and adapt the Product Strategy to meet market needs.
* Proven track record of managing and delivering intricate, technical products from concept to market launch.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data -driven approach to product management.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
* High-level English proficiency.
* Practical experience in digital assets or blockchain is a strong advantage.
