building a new Project Management team to support new projects and looking for a NetSuite PMO (Project management officer) to join the squad.
How your day will look like:
Establish and maintain project management standards and methodologies, ensuring that the projects are delivered within scope, time and budget constrains
Apply effective communication and synchronization across business and technical teams, in order to push projects towards completion ASAP and mitigate risks
Synchronizing project leaders and internal and external stakeholders
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management
Enable projects to meet targets. Identify blockers and remove them
Identifying ways to improve project efficiencies (Processes, tools, etc.)

Requirements:
Relevant bachelors degree in industrial engineering, information systems or equivalent Must
3+ Years of experience as a PMO in technological projects
Experience with at least 2 projects, from initiation phase through full deployment
Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hebrew
Experience as a PMO in ERP projects Advantage
Certifications in project management (e.g.,. PMP) Advantage
