As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process mainly for GTM hires, including Marketing, Sales and Business Development positions, and support hiring processes in other departments as needed.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing and head-hunting, screening, interviewing, and, working closely with hiring managers, book interviews, and onboarding of new hires.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking).
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment progress.
Lead various recruitment activities to ensure the hiring process progresses smoothly, professionally and fast.

Requirements:
Fluent English and Hebrew level is a must (both verbal and written).
Proven experience of at least 2 years in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment - preferred for Sales / Marketing / Customer Success positions.
Experienced with leading a full recruitment cycle, including active sourcing, conducting HR interviews, and working closely with hiring managers.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in using recruitment and HR tools (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, HRIS).
Proactive approach and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
